As the HR ePAR Coordinator, Rachel provides key support for Human Resources and JMU in relation to Personnel Action Requests and the university's ePAR system. Her duties include construction of approval routings for ePAR in collaboration with HR Business Analysts, monitoring stalled ePARs, answering PAR form questions, HRMS testing as it relates to new functionality with ePAR and ACA, ACA hours tracking for all part-time work, and collaborating with IT on the HR functional side of the HRMS system. Rachel has been with the university since early 2013 and brings 5 years of Human Resources experience to the department.
