In addition to coordinating the campus-wide onboarding process for newly hired and rehired employees, Leah plays a key role in planning and executing new hire programs such as Daybreaks, Connections Day, and other welcome events designed to introduce new employees to JMU. She also supports employee engagement initiatives and contributes to talent attraction efforts through LinkedIn. Leah graduated from Christopher Newport University with a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management, along with a minor in Leadership Studies.
