All proceeds raised from Le Gourmet enhance the educational experience for our students while infusing energy into the program which assures increased vitality and long-term stability. This includes endeavors such as:

  • Student scholarships
  • Student experiential learning trips (NCAA Final Four, Torchy’s Tacos Operators Conference, Women in Food Service Conference, PGA Tour’s BMW Championship, Wyndham Global Conference, and Business of Baseball)
  • Student attendance at conferences (CMAA Annual World Conference, National Society of Minorities in Hospitality Conferences, and the Professional Convention Management Association Convening Leaders Conference)
  • Faculty travel to industry events and conferences

Please consider donating an item for our silent and live auctions. We are seeking a variety of donations (e.g., experiential donations and tangible items) that will attract some competitive bidding. Your generous support and assistance help us reach our goals.
