The Education, Inclusive Early Childhood Education (Birth - Grade 3) Concentration, M.A.T. five-year program is no longer available to incoming undergraduates students as of 2019-2020. The graduate program will no longer accept applications after May 2023.

Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts from all post-secondary institutions should be uploaded with your electronic application and may be used for departmental admission review purposes. If offered admission, you will be directed and required to submit to the JMU Graduate School an official transcript from any institution from which a degree has been awarded to finalize your admission. Transcripts are considered official if they are sent to JMU directly from the issuing institution.
Required by Program
- Successful completion of JMU undergraduate degree with IDLS major and IECE minor
- Applicants should have an undergraduate GPA of 2.75 or better
