Furious Flower has compiled a centralized list of Dr. Gabbin’s books, published scholarship, and creative works currently available online. This resource serves as a starting point for students, scholars, and readers interested in engaging more deeply with her work and legacy.
Following a major flood at Cardinal House, the home of the Furious Flower Poetry Center in 2017, Dr. Gabbin also donated her personal and professional papers—including correspondence, manuscripts, teaching materials, and related documents—to Special Collections at James Madison University Libraries. This archive preserves the full scope of her scholarly, creative, and institutional contributions.
Researchers may request an appointment to view the Dr. Joanne V. Gabbin Collection through JMU Special Collections.
Dr. Gabbin’s full curriculum vitae is also available for reference.
