Tiffany Riggs began her JMU journey as a student after earning her Associate degree in Business Administration from Laurel Ridge Community College. She transferred to James Madison University and graduated with a B.A. in Communication Studies and a minor in Spanish. After beginning her career at JMU in 2019, Tiffany has had the opportunity to serve in several areas across the university, including the College of Business, College of Education, and Athletics.

Through her experiences at JMU, Tiffany has developed a deep appreciation for the power of community, connection, and personal growth. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to become the best versions of themselves. Tiffany is excited to bring that passion to the Office of Faculty Success as the Fiscal Tech & Administrative Specialist, where she believes there is a unique opportunity to foster meaningful connections while helping faculty grow both personally and professionally.

As someone who has experienced JMU from both the student and employee perspectives, Tiffany is grateful to now play a role in helping others find connection, support, and success within the JMU community.
