Organization Name:
Ohio State University ElectroScience Laboratory (ESL)
Organization Type:
Academic
Mission Statement:
The ElectroScience Laboratory (ESL) is located in the Electrical Engineering Department at The Ohio State University. Since the mid-1950's we have been comprised of a diverse group of people who have come together to focus efforts towards a single goal: pre-eminence in Electromagnetics research. The ESL is chartered to provide graduate students with the optimal graduate environment, supporting their pursuit of master's theses and doctoral dissertations. Since its founding by George Sinclair, the laboratory has also served U.S. Government and Commercial groups. Supporting these efforts are a number of faculty, researchers, staff and students. In addition to our state-of-the-art indoor anechoic chamber RF measurement facility, we have a complete complement of electromagnetic test facilities utilized by our team of researchers which is active in both experimental as well as theoretical research.
