Mission Statement:
The International Centre for the Advancement of Community Based Rehabilitation (ICACBR) is an organization committed to advancing the concept and practice of community based rehabilitation in partnership with persons with disabilities and their communities around the world. All of ICACBR's activities are directed towards achieving excellence in education, research and service delivery in community based rehabilitation internationally. The goal of the Centre is to advance the acceptance of, and knowledge about CBR as an appropriate and realistic method for improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities and their families.
