Mission Statement:
Digger DTR is a Swiss NGO that aims to provide deminers with cost-effective solutions to improve their work's efficiency and safety. Digger DTR wants to combine its technical know-how with the principles of a charity organization, in order to offer the best quality products and support to Mine Clearance Organizations. Digger DTR's current product is a lightweight remote-controlled mechanical demining machine, the Digger D-3. With its multi-tool concept, the machine can be used for vegetation clearance, ground processing as well as shoveling hazardous debris. Two predecessors of these machines (DIGGER D-2) have been working in Sudan since 2006. Since 2008, the DIGGER D-3 has been sold and mobilized in Macedonia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
