Mission Statement:
Geneva Call is a Swiss-based international organisation dedicated to engaging armed Non-State Actors (NSAs)--armed groups operating outside of government control--in international humanitarian norms such as the ban on anti-personnel landmines. Geneva Call provides an innovative mechanism to engage NSAs in the practise and development of humanitarian norms, starting with the AP mine ban.
