Resources
The Center for Faculty Innovation takes a holistic and comprehensive approach supporting faculty as authentic, whole human beings. We align with the JMU definitions and models of Health and Well-being: “JMU defines well-being as the optimal and dynamic state that allows us to flourish now and in the future.” We hope these resources offer ideas and starting points to support faculty in their own self-defined, self-determined pathways to wellness and well-being, for themselves, each other, and the communities we inhabit.
