Installing Remedy on Windows 7

1.     Download the Remedy User tool from here.

2.     Right-click on the downloaded file (user.exe) and select Properties.

3.     In the Properties window, click the Compatibility tab and then click Change settings for all users.

4.     Enter your Administrator credentials and click Yes.

5.     Under Compatibility mode, check the box Run this program in compatibility mode for: and select from the drop-down box Windows Vista (Service Pack 2).  Click OK.

6.     Now run the Remedy User tool installer (user.exe).
