Departmental Labs
Computing Support's Lab Admin and Lab Operations staff supports many labs at JMU. In addition to those labs, many departments have their own labs, labettes, and public use computers. In general, these labs are supported by the Departments not by Computing Support. Refer questions about Departmental Labs to the HelpDesk manager.

Departmental Mailbox
Supervisors or Department Heads should link to a form to request a Departmental Mailbox, employee access to a Departmental Mailbox, re-creation of a deleted Departmental Mailbox, or removal of a Departmental Mailbox. Information Technology strives to complete these requests within two business days.
