Departmental Labs
Computing Support's Lab Admin and Lab Operations staff supports many labs at JMU. In addition to those labs, many departments have their own labs, labettes, and public use computers. In general, these labs are supported by the Departments not by Computing Support. Refer questions about Departmental Labs to the HelpDesk manager.

DTS Setup and Installation Request Form
Information Technology Desktop Services sets up new and "new-to-you" JMU-owned computers for JMU faculty and staff. Use this form to request various setup and installation services (computer, printer, software, mobile device, etc.)
