- Create a Self-Help CD to resolve your connection problem. The Self-Help CD is for Windows XP and Vista only. On Vista, click the Continue button on the User Access Control (UAC) windows during creation.
- For hardware issues you can also create a multiple system Dell Diagnostic CD.
Protecting data is the responsibility of the individual user. Ensure you have backups of all important data files (documents, music, etc.) prior to requesting service. Peripherials such as printers, scanners, etc. are not supported and callers will be referred to the manufacturer of the device.
