Log in to the Accounts Portal to change your e-ID password, then restart your computer. Log in to your computer with your new e-ID password and your Active Directory password will be automatically changed to the same value (e-ID and Active Directory password will be automatically "synced").

Please do not use any other method to change your Acitve Directory password because doing so would make your e-ID and Acitve Directory password "out of sync". If you attempt to change your password by means other than the Accounts Portal, then you should receive an error message.

When you receive your e-ID password expiration email notice, this will also double as your Active Directory password expiration notice. You will also receive a notification window on your computer when your Active Directory password is nearing expiration.
