- JMU Computing Accounts Portal is the management window to most of your JMU computing accounts. Use this page to activate your electronic ID (e-ID) for access to e-mail, e-campus, J-Ess, Blackboard and more. Once logged into the portal, students, faculty, staff, and affiliates can request and check the status of various accounts, change and reset passwords, change directory information, forward e-mail and more.
