Frequently Asked Questions
Leadership coaching provides a space to reflect on your strengths, explore your potential, and develop as a leader. Together, we'll identify your goals, discuss opportunities for growth, and create a plan to help you move forward with confidence. Each coaching session is customized to your individual experiences and goals and lasts approximately one hour.
CliftonStrengths helps you discover what you naturally do best. The assessment identifies your top talent themes and provides insights into how you can develop and apply them as strengths to reach your goals and maximize your potential.
DISC is an assessment that helps you understand your behavioral style and preferences. It measures patterns in how you communicate, interact with others, and approach tasks. The four primary behavioral traits identified by DISC are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness.
To get the most out of your coaching session, please bring a copy of your assessment results. You may find it helpful to bring a notebook or device for taking notes, but this is completely optional.
