Minh graduated from James Madison University in 2023 with degrees in Mathematics and Statistics. She then worked at Virginia Tech for two years, gaining experience in financial administration, funding, and data management. She joined the Center for Global Engagement (CGE) in October 2026 as a Study Abroad Fiscal Specialist. In her current role, she supports study abroad program directors with budgeting, financial management, and fiscal processes to ensure accurate transactions and compliance with university policies.
