Huda joined the Center for Global Engagement in July 2025 as a Communications Assistant. She is a May 2025 graduate of James Madison University, with an M.A. in Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication.

Huda has worked with various organizations, including the YALI Regional Leadership Center, Friendly City Florals, and JMU’s Office of Disability Services. Her work has focused on social media marketing, inclusive design, and building community through storytelling and engaging visuals. Outside of work, she enjoys nature photography, video editing, baking and knitting in cozy spaces, especially parks at sunset. She’s a big cat lover and always lights up when there’s a cat around.
