The Office Manager oversees and ensures all office operations in support of CEVC programs and processes. They lead the department in providing customer service to internal and external stakeholders, manage departmental budgets, hire institutional and Federal Work Study employees and maintain student payroll, oversee and supervise operations area, maintain departmental participation data and databases, and provide key support to departmental programming and events.


Crystal earned her B.S. in Communication Studies with a minor in Computer Science from James Madison University. As a student, she worked with local nonprofits and small businesses in the Harrisonburg area to help create events and programs as a part of community service-learning. For 7 years, Crystal has been actively organizing events ranging from weddings, conventions and expos, and live charity events for content creators in the interactive entertainment industry. Outside of work, Crystal enjoys video games, animation, musicals and spending time with her cat, Catsby.
