After reviewing your email using the Email Quality Checklist, you can request your email to be released.

NOTE: We are transitioning to a manual email release process. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we have established two daily release windows: 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Releasing Process Rules

Please note: We can no longer accommodate exceptions to the following rules:

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Standard Notice: Requests should be submitted at least 24 business hours in advance (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Next-Day Cutoff: If requesting release for the following business day, the earliest available time is 11:00 AM.
    • Why? This provides the 10:00 AM review team enough time to troubleshoot and finalize the deployment.
    • Emergency Buffer: If an 11:00 AM release fails due to technical issues, it will be rescheduled for 4:00 PM the same day.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Business Hours: All requests must be submitted during standard working hours.
  • After-Hours Emergencies: For urgent releases outside of business hours, use the emergency text numbers provided on the release form. Please note that these releases are not guaranteed.
