REACH

The REACH program is committed to educating and motivating the JMU and surrounding community by offering information and resources for developing and maintaining healthy lifestyles.

The goals of REACH are to reach a large portion of the study body with current information on pertinent college issues, encourage students to examine their attitudes concerning these issues and to encourage them to pursue positive behavioral changes, and to also help students understand the roles of assertiveness, self-esteem, and communication in connection with their wellness.
