Microsoft 365 (Office 365) is a subscription-based service that includes email, OneDrive cloud storage, and the Teams collaboration platform. It also includes cloud-based applications (Microsoft Planner, Bookings, Forms, Lists) and a traditional suite of Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

Endpoint Management is the ability to provide central management of JMU-owned computers and other devices. Central management of endpoints reduces risks to you and the university from unpatched and unsupported software, viruses, and other threats.

The VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) service provides access to certain JMU systems through a controlled, virtual environment.
