Bulk E-mail and Label Request
With the combined efforts of Information Technology, Human Resources and
Student Records, JMU offers Bulk E-mail and Labels. Bulk E-mails can be used to
send information electronically to students and employees. Labels can be
requested for campus mailings for both students and employees.
These services are only for JMU employees.
Students requesting these services must work with a sponsoring faculty member.
If a Bulk E-mail is requested for academic work or research, we will do one Bulk
E-mail on behalf of an entire class, but not for each student or group of
students. Also, if a request is for a class project, the FACULTY
member must request it, not the student.
Please note, we will not send multiple Bulk E-mails as "reminders" to an original Bulk E-mail.
Please complete the printable Bulk E-mail & Label Request Form to request these services. You will be prompted for your E-mail ID and Password to open the form. Before the form is submitted, the department head's signature is required.
- For Bulk E-mail to Students, send the request to the Registrar's Office.
- For Bulk E-mail to Employees, send the request to Human Resources.
- For Bulk E-mail to both Students and Employees, send the request to both departments.
