Description:

Organizational culture is actually a function of values, which drive behavior. In other words, values drive behavior, and behavior creates culture. Are your departmental goals manifesting in a way that supports the mission and vision of JMU? Are your behaviors congruent with the stated values? And is the culture you work in what you wanted to create?

This workshop will help you clarify whether or not your values in actions are matching your stated values and what you can do to make sure they are aligned, or keep them in alignment.
