Description:

Where on earth does time go? We all get the same 24 hours in a day, but how we use those hours greatly impacts our productivity and success. Participants will explore how to tackle budgeting time head-on.

In this workshop participants will:

  • State benefits of improving time management
  • Conduct a time audit to discover how your time is really being used
  • Create a daily plan to maximize tasks accomplished
  • Describe barriers to good time management
  • Define 90/10 principle and its relation to time management
  • Develop goals that concentrate on results
  • Develop an action plan for better time management
