Total Workshop Time: 2.5 Hours

Pre-requisites: None


This 2 ½ hour workshop is for groups that work together all of the time and has a prerequisite that all team members have completed the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and some form of training in its meaning (workshop or 1-1 coaching). After we affirm personal strength themes and find others who have similar and different strength themes, we build a wall of talent for the team. Five key questions about the talents of the team help prepare individuals to make a personal plan toward maximizing their strengths on this team. Then we identify and prioritize team projects with a view toward opportunities to compound the success of the group through a focus on strengths.

Specific learning objectives are:

  • reaffirm personal strength themes
  • become aware of others’ strength themes
  • identify ways to maximize personal strengths
  • identify ways to maximize team strengths
