Description:

This session is interactive throughout and leads participants through accomplishing increasingly complex tasks. Review of the DARE (Define, Plan, Manage, Review) Model of project management by Lour Russell will provide guidance as project complexitiy builds. Participant teams will compete to complete a 'Rocket' project that is evaluated to a criteria. Participant journaling will focus on the learning and accomplishments with a reminder to review KGI suggestions.

Specific learning objectives are:

• Understand project management (DARE)
• Identify areas of personal and team strength development related to project management
