Description:
Your game skills can be applied to your day to energize and de-stress you. We will practice specific, small tasks you can increase your personal power while reducing stress. We will identify a work related challenge and then take quests to build resilience in four key areas, so that you can be ready for whatever comes your way in a busy day. Gaming experience is not required, but we bet you have some gaming in your past (schoolyard, board games, sports, video, or app) that you can use to enjoy your day more! This workshop is based on the book SuperBetter by Jane McGonigal.
