Note: This workshop is capped at 25 participants

Total Workshop Time: 90 minutes

Pre-requisites: None

Description:

Just because someone is a great speaker in person doesn’t mean they’ll be great online.

We’ve all experienced it – the long online meetings, the boring 2-hour virtual workshops, the absence of activities or opportunities to engage. But it’s not your fault. Presenting virtually was not what you were trained to do.

So, we’re here to help.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss tips and tricks for leading online meetings and workshops to ensure attendees are engaged and interested. Though Teams will be our platform focus, many of these ideas can be helpful regardless of the platform.

Learning Objectives:

  • Discuss basic brain science when it comes to working memory, attention, and focus.
  • Review interactive presentation tools available in Teams.
  • Share past positive and negative experiences to offer additional tips and tricks.
