We all know what engaged employees look like. They are enthusiastic about their work. They care about the organization and its goals. They’re willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Is that what you see when you look around?

Based on Patrick Lencioni’s book, The Three Signs of a Miserable Job, this training enables us to learn the keys to transforming any job to be more rewarding and fulfilling. Employees who feel rewarded and fulfilled experience greater job satisfaction which leads to improved performance. That’s a real win/win!

    • Anonymity
    • Irrelevance
    • Immeasurement
  • Identify the costs of job misery and the benefits of reducing it
  • Explore how susceptible we are to each of the Three Signs, our own strengths and weaknesses as managers
