Description: Do you ever feel as if you are so busy you are unable to complete all your required tasks? Are there times when you take on more projects than you can handle because you just can't say no? Managing your time and learning to say no is challenging but you often do it, just not as often as you would like. In this session we review ways to meet your goal more often.
