Description:

When asked “How Was Your Day?” the answer might be simple and sincere, automatic, or open the door to a long conversation. In this workshop which uses memorable video scenarios in a variety of workplace settings, you will experience open discussion about topics of bias, inclusion, harassment, and bullying. Come to discuss these sensitive topics with colleagues to achieve these learning objectives.

• What unconscious bias is and how to overcome it
• Diversity vs. Inclusion
• The “Rebuttal Brain” and how to turn it off
• Practical ways to build inclusion
• Understand what makes a work environment hostile
• Control tactics of bullies
