Goals work because they offer us a way to focus. When well-crafted through the use of objectives, they help us keep the long-term vision in mind while motivating us in the short-term.

When we have goals, and commit to them, they will drive our behavior, our priorities, and increase our productivity.

In this workshop, join us to learn about 2 different ways to set goals, practice goal setting by creating objectives, and identify obstacles to achieving goals.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Understand the importance of goal setting
  • Explore different kinds of goals and their uses
  • Learn two different ways of goal setting
  • Practice setting goals by creating objectives
  • Identify obstacles to achieving goal
