Description: Navigating change can feel like a quagmire - there can be fear of getting stuck if we don't change but also fear of failure and embarrassment if we try and don't succeed. Resilience is the solution because it helps us change our perspective. This workshop offers insight and practical suggestions for how to develop (or strengthen) your resilience and apply it at work and beyond.
