Do you fear change? Or conflict? Or uncertainty? Is fear holding you back from professional progress or from having energy, joy and contentment at work?

In this workshop we will identify and move past fear by:

  • Establishing your own “growth mindset”
  • Fine tuning your focus with intentionality
  • Growing past negative thinking
  • Honing a new viewpoint to self-manage fear

This workshop includes content from the book Fearless at Work by Molly Fletcher and has exercises to achieve the objectives working alone and with others.
