As a member of the HR Consulting Services Team, Sandra acts as a junior analyst that partners with Human Resource team members and consults with employees, supervisors, and department leaders on a variety of HR issues including recruitment, classification and compensation, salary studies, professional development, employee relations, performance evaluation and management, employee recognition, policy interpretation and compliance, and institutional effectiveness measures.

Sandra has been with JMU since 2019, having worked in both Human Resources and Athletics. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Organizational Management from Eastern Mennonite University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Adult Education / Human Resource Development at James Madison University. She is also a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
