Joining the Human Resources team in 2021, Danielle serves as a Recruitment Specialist. In this role, she consults with hiring managers in the development of effective and equitable recruiting strategies for faculty and staff positions. She also oversees the Dual Career and Community Resources Program at JMU by providing essential support to new and prospective faculty, staff, and their families.

Danielle previously worked in JMU Student Affairs within the University Career Center, where she consulted with employers seeking to recruit JMU students; she served as a resource on understanding and applying equitable recruiting practices, conceptualized and managed recruiting programs, and created diversity recruiting trainings. Danielle holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Communication Studies from Bridgewater College, as well as a M.A. in Writing, Rhetoric & Technical Communication from James Madison University.
