 Dr Chappell was born and bred in Great Britain and is a devout Yorkshireman. He is the Director of two study abroad programmes.  

 The North of England Programme (NOEP) began in Summer 2014.  It visits Lancaster, Carlisle, Durham, York, and Manchester in Summer 2020 from July 7th to August 7th.

 Greece 3000 BC to the Present, History and Culture is a new programme which will not run regularly.  It visits Crete, Athens, Napfplio, Delphi and Thessaloniki in Summer 2020 from 15th May to 8th June.
