Who Should Attend?
This program is tailored for anyone aged 45 years and older who is looking for resources and information on preparing for their later years. We especially welcome:
- Those approaching or in retirement, seeking to affirm a positive and fulfilling life experience.
- Caregivers for older adults, looking for support and resources.
- Members of the "sandwich generation," who are balancing care for both their aging parents and their own children.
What to Anticipate
Come and connect with local and regional older adult-serving agencies that specialize in health, wellness, and a variety of supportive services, including legal. You'll have the opportunity to explore a wide range of resources and even receive basic health assessments. This is your chance to gain valuable insights, connect with experts, and gather the information you need to live well.
