Renewable Energy Academy
King Hall - June 22-25; 9a-4p
CASE offers an annual four-day professional development academy for educators to learn how to bring renewable energy curriculum into their classroom. This year we will be learning about the power grid, solar energy, wind energy, and battery storage.  This is a fantastic opportunity to receive hands on training that you can bring back to your classroom.
Thank you to our sponsor, Google, this year's Academy is fully funded.  This means that all participants' lodging and meals are covered, there is NO registration fee, and everyone will receive FREE classroom materials. Stipends are also available to any in-service teachers.
Teacher Trainings

If you can't wait for our summer academy, or would like to provide renewable energy training for your whole team, CASE will come to your school for a teacher training.

If you are interested in a teacher training, please email Remy Pangle at panglerm@jmu.edu for availability.

Classroom Visits

CASE's classroom visits serve as an indirect training for teachers, to allow teachers to see an activity first hand with their students. Read about our classroom visits for more details.
