2025 Challenge Locations and Dates
Regional VA Challenges will be hosted in March 2025 in the following cities/areas:
- Winchester
- Charlottesville
- Blacksburg
- Eastern Virginia
- Lynchburg
- Richmond Area

We ask that coaches fill out this form by February 1st to allow us ample time to create schedules. If you have missed this deadline, please refer to the form to see if it is still accepting responses.
We ask that coaches fill out this form as soon as they know they plan to bring at least one team to a challenge. You do not need to know team details for this form. Completion of this form notifies us if you need a starter kit of gear for your team.
This allows us to create an accurate challenge schedule sooner. We hope that this will make scheduling field trips easier.
Please note: Coaches may coach up to 3 teams per division, with a max of 6 teams per coach (3 Wind teams, 3 Solar teams).
Registration:
Registration must be completed by February 18th

- Student Tshirt Sizes
- Generator Type (for wind teams only)
- Parent Emails
Coaches may coach up to 3 teams per division, with a max of 6 teams per coach (3 Wind teams, 3 Solar teams).
When you register a team you are committing to attend a regional competition. Regions are not limited to certain counties, teams can sign up for whichever regional challenge is most conveniently located for them.
