Changing Personal Info

  • DIAL 23311 to access the voice mail system. (or 612.3311 off-campus)

  • ENTER YOUR SECURITY CODE

  • The voice mail system will first prompt you to "PRESS P" to play the current message. The next series of prompts will be:

    PRESS 8 to change USER OPTIONS

    PRESS 1 for PERSONAL OPTIONS

    PRESS 3 to change your GREETING

    PRESS 4 to change your SECURITY CODE

    PRESS 5 to change your RECORDED NAME
