Voice Mail

Getting Started
Your JMU telephone is equipped with voice mail to store phone messages when you are not able to answer the telephone.

Follow the steps below to set up and activate your voice mailbox. Voice mail gives you step-by-step recorded instructions every time you dial into the system. Once you are comfortable using the voice mail system, you can proceed without listening to the instructions.
