Telecom PIN Request Form (On-Campus Students/Residents)

  • All resident hall students will be issued a Telecom PIN at no charge. PLEASE safeguard your PIN!

  • A Telecom PIN is required to place long distance, international, and directory assistance calls from residence hall rooms.

  • PIN information with dialing instructions will be e-mailed to your JMU e-mail account.

  • By submitting this form, you are agreeing to Terms and Conditions for a JMU Telecom PIN as governed by your JMU Living Contract.
