Remedy is a call tracking system used by IT to manage and support requests and problems.
How To Change Your Remedy Password...
- Log in to Remedy using your present password.
If you can't log in see:

- In the lower right of the Remedy Control Panel, click "Change My User Profile." This should open a "Change Remedy Password" window.
- Highlight the text in the "Password" field and type in your new password (Passwords are case-sensitive).
Leave the password blank if you wish to use your e-ID password (Most users choose this option). - Click "Save" in the upper right-hand corner.
- Before you exit, open a new Remedy session and try out your new password. If it doesn't work, go back to your first session and reset it again.
If this doesn't work, log out of Remedy and try again. If it still doesn't work, reboot your computer and try again. If you are unsuccessful at this point, please see Dwayne Martin.
