Troubleshooting Problems

The HelpDesk will provide over the phone installation and troubleshooting for non-JMU owned computers only. If this does not resolve the problem the HelpDesk will refer the caller to a local vendor.

If the equipment is owned by JMU and cannot be fixed over the phone it can be brought into the HelpDesk and Desktop Services will configure and troubleshoot the computer for you.
