Browser configurations and settings are provided for JMU’s Recommended Browser Software.

After completing these steps, close the browser and restart it, then try the web page or application you were using again. If you continue to have issues, try rebooting your machine and trying to access the web page or application again. If none of these steps resolve your issue, see if you are able to succeed using a browser on another machine.
