The CFI is committed to fostering programming that is welcoming, accessible and inclusive to all attendees. Please reach out to us at cfi@jmu.edu or (540) 568-4846 with any considerations (e.g., disability, wellness, cultural, dietary, etc.) you want us to know about.

Dietary

The CFI appreciates that one’s diet reflects cultural and religious preferences, as well as personal needs (e.g., gluten-free, vegan). To that end, we try to choose meals that feature fresh and simple options that will be labeled with common preferences and requests.

Gender-Inclusivity

Please input your preferred name in the registration system so that it is correct on the roster and/or your name tag. Attendees are asked to use others’ gender pronouns and are invited to write their pronouns on name tags when provided.

Office of Disability Services

ODS assists the university in creating an accessible community where students with disabilities have an equal opportunity to fully participate in their educational experience. These programs and services include Assistive Technology Computer Labs, Disability Services, Learning Strategies Instruction, and Screening and Assessment Services.
