I joined the Well Dukes team in 2025 and love supporting student health and well-being at JMU. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and am currently working on my master’s degree at UC Berkeley. In my role, I lead our peer education program and coordinate health initiatives, ensuring our programs are evidence-based and designed to support student well-being at JMU. When I’m not at JMU, you can usually find me with my partner walking our dogs, gardening, or enjoying ice cream at Smiley’s.
